Attached is copy of the findings from the National Appeals Committee related to charges filed and appealed by the clerk craft director of this local. The 2010 national convention delegates supported the decision of the Appeals Committee and dismissed the charges because "the charging party failed to submit sufficient evidence to support the charges...".
